Got a website/blog?
Hey, if your link isn't in the great links sidebar don't be sad, it's not that I don't love you! Just let me know. I really want to put all of our friends pages on there and I either didn't know you had a page or I didn't have easy access to the url. So just leave a comment and I'll be sure to get it up so it's easy for all to see (including me)!

Freeeddooommm!
I officially only have 1 more semester!!!! woohoo! I finished my last final for this semester yesterday and it felt SO nice to go home and know that for the next 5 weeks I don't have one drop of homework for school. I can now focus on more important things like reading the books Neil gave us, writing our sponsor letter, and putting together the packets, oh and maybe a little knitting! If this feels so good, I can't even IMAGINE what next May will feel like when I'm really done. It's funny, because at the beginning of this semester I was thinking to myself that I didn't really need a graduation party and I couldn't figure out why these parties were such a big deal. But now, as it nears, I can feel myself wanting to celebrate that I made it, I finished, I didn't quit half-way, and I won't ever have to go back again! unless I really want to....
Now I have to figure out what else is going on in my life- these last two weeks have been a blur- and I need to reorganize my mental calandar. I have Christmas parties, baking, a little shopping, graduations, and I'm sure other things that I have to squeeze all together before the holidays are over. I don't know if I'll ever know what it feels like to not be busy... I know many of you out there sympathize with me!
Continue to pray for us! I always want everything done NOW- and planning for Montreal is a slow process highly dependant on God working things out and other peoples desire to be involved. That often takes time and doesn't happen overnight (even though I wish it would ;-)

Baby steps, but it's coming along!
It's so wierd how fast Montreal is going to come... We're on the same timeline as Kelli so that means we won't leave until mid August but I was doing a check list in my head of the things we need to accomplish in the coming months and it's just going to fly by. I figure it's going to be like planning a wedding... before you know it, it's here and over and you've started a new chapter of your life. We're so excited though!
We officially asked someone to be our care team leader last night. We discussed our visions and hopes with them over some tea and a piece of pie at Flying Star. They were so excited for us! I'm not going to say who yet, we asked them to pray about it and they haven't given us a response yet so it's not a absolutely sure thing. They talked with us awhile about what was going on in their life and that they felt God was pulling them out of certain things and preparing them for something new, they just didn't know what! If this is God's will, they I'll have to say how amazing it is that He works everything out to His perfect timing. He was preparing them and us at the same time! That's just so awesome!
I think Johnny got the packets from Neil today so hopefully we'll be able to get started on our fundraising soon. We might contact you, but let us know if your interested in supporting us and we'll tell you anything you need or want to know :-)

Oh Christmas tree, Oh Christmas Tree!
I LOVE Christmas! And according to tradition, we set up all our Christmas stuff the day after Thanksgiving. I am one of the people so many of you view as lame.... I have never had a real tree. I've never quiet seen the point of trying to keep a tree from drying out, dealing with allergies, and it being too flimsy to hang much on it.
I still enjoy all the festivity. Drinking egg nog, decorating my mantle, watching Christmas movies.... I waited all day for Johnny to come home just so we could decorate together and it was so great when he got home. We watched the Nativity while we set up our tree. I kinda go all out! In fact, we had so many ornaments I had to leave some in the storage box, guess it's time to downsize.
My one regret is that we didn't take any fun pictures while we were setting up, we always seem to forget! Oh well. The tree turned out great! The Christmas season always just puts a smile on my face that seems to never really go away. Johnny doesn't get as excited as I do but he still loves the Christmas season.
I've been looking at everyone's tree's and they look so great! I love that so many people like to get into the spirit so early! YAY!

SNOW
This week has been so Great! I went up with my family to Pagosa Springs, CO on sunday night and Johnny came up on Monday night. It was so nice to just have a break and spend some time together. We got to go on walks and explore the town a bit and have a great thanksgiving dinner (one day early)! We ate on Wednesday so that we could do it with the fam since we had to come back on Thursday morning to make it to Johnny's family get-together still. While we were up there Mandy took pictures of everybody. I feel like we got professional pics taken, it was great!
Yesterday we just went to thanksgiving lunch and then came home and made a fire and watched movies all evening, right before bed I looked outside and there was snow! How perfect is that!? I went out today and got almost all my Christmas shopping done and it's been snowing off and on all day. I'm just sitting here now watching it and listening to Christmas music on 99.5, this is so nice! Starting tomorrow, all hecticness breaks loose once again... but only 2 more weeks till I'm done with school so I'm almost done!!!!!!
Love you all!

We've Been Accepted!
We are moving to MONTREAL! We got accepted last friday and had the official meeting yesterday. We are going to be missionaries. They have already given us three books to start reading and have put our names on the Global Adventures website... It is so crazy! It feels surreal. We have about 9 months until we go or so. They have a couple training programs during the summer and we need to build a care team. Let us know if you’d like to be involved! We’ll keep you all posted with what’s going on. It’s pretty exciting!
