ER

Johnny busted his elbow at work. Thank you workmans comp, We're at the er now. It was closing last night and they had set the alarm. He realized he left his stuff in the back and went to walk back there and get it. They had just mopped the floor and he slipped and fell sideways right on his elbow. His boss said she had to clean up the blood he dripped on the floor this morning.

After some X-rays and some steri-strips we got to leave. Johnny fractured his radial head in his elbow and has to wear a sling for the next couple weeks. Poor baby. 

Goodbye devan

Our friend Devan is moving down to California to go to Calvary Chapel Bible College. He has been helping in the ministry here in Kalispell for the last year. We're sad to lose him but excited for his new adventure and to see him again at Christmas.  I made this cake for his farewell party! It is a surfboard.

To clear things up...

Johnny is working at Starbucks. He's learning a lot and loving it.

Tori is working a temp job at Avail Media. Her supervisor is hoping to bring her on permanently but it's up to corporate. She'll probably be there at least until the new year. She inputs cable channel lineups right now.

lions and tigers and BEARS oh my

We went up to Glacier today for the Fresh Life Worship Hike. It was really fun to hang out and fellowship with everyone. On our way out of the park there was a car parked on the side of the road. I looked to see why they were stopped and what did I see, A BEAR! We have been hoping to see one ever since we got here. Today we did! We were so excited.

New Job

I started a new job last Monday. It's at a place called Avail Media. It's a temp job so I'll work inputing data until they don't need me anymore. I input channel lineups for various cable options. It's tedious. But pays the bills. It's nice, and the people are nice, so it'll be good.

Drive-in

I know it's a little hard to see but we're enjoying a drive-in movie in columbia falls. One of the few that are still in existence around the country.

We saw Journey to the Center of the Earth and Mamma Mia. It was really fun, the movies were cheesy but cute. They started at 9:30 and we didn't leave until 1:15. We even got to see a crazy lighting storm in the background. Tori had never been to a Drive-In before.
