Tonight Active had it's Switch event and we went to the Summit gym to go rock climbing. About 8 students showed up and then the leaders. It was really fun.
Elisha and Johnny like to go high! 
Some of the girls were afraid of heights and didn't get very high but they tried it, and that's all that I ask.
Kelsey only got about 6 feet off the ground.
Johnny helped belay since we weren't sure if his elbow could handle climbing and that allowed us all to go a couple times at least.
It's much harder than it looks, not so much because finding the right rocks is difficult but most of us rarely work the muscles needed to do this kind of exercise. We all got to talk and laugh while we watched others climb, but mostly we just laughed and chanted the name of whoever was climbing. I would have to say that Johnny Nasrallah won the award for best climber tonight. He scaled up the hardest part of the wall, several times, in a matter of minutes.

What I want to know is... how sore were you the following days. That's how you know if you "worked it". Dig?
